Work Package 1: Project governance

Purpose

The work package one (WP1) element of the ASPIRE study is focused on the overall running of the project. This includes project management, risk management, data management, project reports, seeking ethical approvals and the coordination of stakeholder meetings. The team will liaise with all appropriate departments associated with the project such as Principle Investigators, project coordinator, UCLan’s Grants and Funding Unit, Research Excellence Unit, Financial Department, and Data Management Team.
